Cryptops doriae Pocock, 1891

Identification

It is distinguished from other Cryptops recorded in Britain by the presence of a ‘tooth’ on the femur of the last leg (in addition to tibial and tarsal combs).

Distribution and Habitat

Only known from Eden Project (Rainforest Biome), Cornwall (Lewis, 2007).
